		<description>Yum I just made some recently with amalfi coast lemons. Purists wouldn&#039;t use grappa, not if they were Italian  - over here we use grain alcohol, 100% because, as you rightly pointed out, the higher tha alcohol grade the more flavour comes out of the lemons.</description>
