I love opening the refrigerator and discovering a whole new meal staring back at me that doesn’t take an hour or 24 to prepare. The result is quinoa soup with some arugula, green onions, and yam. Simple, healthy and I did not cheat!

Paleo Cleanse Day One

We survived the first day of the paleo cleanse. The lack of caffeine was a little strange, and while Branko has been suffering from 24 hours of a headache, I am reasonably fine. Dining was a snap though.
